The Blaine County Sheriff's Office has three subdivisions that serve as specialized enforcement divisions and allow the department to respond to any situation that may arise.

The Blaine County Sheriff's Office Wildlife Division is a dedicated unit responsible for wildlife conservation, environmental protection, rural patrol, and the enforcement of hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreational laws. Wildlife Deputies operate in remote areas, ensuring public safety while preserving Blaine County’s natural resources. This division offers certifications in wildlife tracking, survival training, boating operations, and environmental law enforcement. Members of the Wildlife Division can RP specialized scenarios such as poaching investigations, search and rescue missions, and wildlife encounters. All training includes both physical and tactical elements, equipping deputies with the skills and in-game scripts to handle outdoor operations in a realistic and immersive way.

The Blaine County Sheriff's Office Traffic Enforcement Division is a special division assigned to Canine Operations, Fleet Maintenance, Scene Management, DUI Control, and other operations. Certifications within this subdivision allow members within the BCSO to RP in different scenarios and have further experience in different roles. All courses have physical training so deputies can be trained as well as be able to learn in-game scripts that are inputted for different scenes and scenarios.

The Blaine County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division is a specialized unit focused on in-depth investigations, forensic analysis, case building, and scene processing. This division handles everything from homicide and robbery cases to narcotics and organized crime. Members of this subdivision receive training in interrogation techniques, evidence collection, surveillance operations, and report writing. Certifications within CID allow deputies to engage in advanced RP scenarios and bring a higher level of realism to criminal case work. All courses involve both mental and tactical training, ensuring investigators are prepared for both fieldwork and detailed desk investigations using in-game scripts and tools designed for complex case management.
